How long have you been in business?
Since 2003 but I have been a Techno CNC router dealer over 10 years. I have been a Enroute reseller for 10 years too.
What is your primary product or service?
Action CNc supplies cabinet shops, wood shops and singn shops with industrial grade cnc routers and complete solutions to their manufacturing needs. We can supply part or all of the process. We also provide training on hardware and software. Our customers enjoy having someone to talk to about any problem or new requirement that comes up. We offer the service after the equipment is on site as long as the have the equipment.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always been envolved in manufacturing. It is amazing what the new computerized cnc routers can make for the common wood worker or fabricator. It allows a novice to make pieces in wood, plastic or aluminum that seasoned pros would be jealous of. I have advanced hobbiest as well as proffesional craftsman purchase cnc routers to start or advance them into business. Small and large businesses use our cnc machines to cut cost by shifting workers to processes that can not be easily automated.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our customers become our freinds. We care about their business. I use my customers for references all the time. A good example is when they purchase a Techno cnc router and it is delivered and wired, I personally go and teach the operators how to set up the cnc router. I instruct them on how to use and maintain their new cnc machine and I also teach them how to use the software they purchased from Action CNC. When I leave my custome is producing parts. They have my cell phone number for additional support. Most problems can be handled by phone or on-line training.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Action CNC Routers and Supplies is based in Arlington Texas. Texas, Oklahome Arkansas and Louisiana and our normal territory for Techno CCN routers but we supply Enroute 4 , Rhino 3D and Visual Mill cad cam software nationwide and support them with online training.

From I-20 in Arlington exit Bowen Rd and go North to Division. It is the next street after the railroad tracks. Turn right on Division (east). Turn left at the 2205 West Division sign and go between the red roof buildings. Building H1 is straight in front of you. From the North Exit I-30 in Arlington at Fielder and go south 1.5 miles and exit West Division and go west 1.2 miles. Turn right the 2205 West Division sign and go between the buildings. Building H1 is straight in front of you.
What type of payments do you accept?
Most of our CNC machines require a deposit by check or wire transfer. Our software may be paid for with a credit card with a 2% handling charge. Supplies are available by credit card or check. payment is due before shipping.
Which areas do you service?
Action CNC routers and Supplies deals with a variety of businesses including aerospace, engraving, jewelry, custom cabinet shops, display manufactures, plastic fabricators, furnituer manufactures, engineering firms, model makers,architectural mill work and the list goes on.

Action CNC Routers is operated by Steve Galloway.
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours are from 8 Am to 4 Pm M-F but we are flexible to meet our customers needs. CNC router demonstrrations can be scheduled at other times with enough notice for serious customers.
