GRANITE SECURITY PRODUCTS

Service department/ Customer service department is horrible. The department is non responsive and will not return calls as promised over and over again, they are rude and makes threats. I would never purchase another product from you. again. I have had a Browning safe for 15 years and never had an issue. I was given a telephone number by your employee to call and after numerous phone calls to no response I was then threatened by Aaron ( Winchester Safe customer service rep)that if my wife and I call anymore that we will be reported to police on harassment charges. Unbelievable!!!!
