We provide Technology Consulting to assist businesses in designing, implementing, upgrading, and managing their networks and network attached devices
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always been into computers and technology but I have worked in sales and marketing my entire career. I had an opportunity to combine both when offered a position at Omega Business Systems
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We feel that we are different in a couple ways. One, we specialize in solving complex problems and designing custom solutions. We also put a strong emphasis on customer service. A lot of the companies in this space say they provide customer service but we strive to go the extra mile to make sure are customers are happy.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have One location. We do have expansion plans on the board but there is no timeline for that to happen.
