They have Been Our Agents for Years and i have never Had a problem the airlines lie to people all the time.

Two days after making my airline resevations Delta contacted Rufe Snow travel to let them know my connecting flight was cancelled. from Feb til Jun 22 they never told me. They had my phone and email info. This resulted in a SIX HOUR layover in Salt Lake City!!!!!!!
