Joe contracts to hang xmas lights during the winter. He's impossible to get a hold of, doesn't return phone calls and has not uninstalled my lights yet -- prepay required -- and it's almost april. Multiple phone conversations have been unsuccessful in getting joe to perform a service he was compensated for.
