Window Repair, Window Cleaning- INT-EXT, & Pressure Washing of driveways, parking lots and pool areas.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After 24 years of restaurant work/management, discouraged by the lack of time with my family, I consulted with a friend that owned a window cleaning company. I was pleased with the opportunity for growth and service in my area. After creating a name and business plan, we never looked back. We currently service over 2000 clients, residential & Commercial combined.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Pane Doctor Windows is more than just your local window cleaning operation! We are Professional Experienced Window Cleaners that are insured and owner operated. THAT makes a difference! We are dedicated to making sure that the consumer KNOWS we are professional and that we are in business to put our customer's needs first. Here are some things to look for in a window professional: Uniforms: If your Window Professional is really in business for the customer and wants to show they are serious about their business, they will have logoed shirts that tell you who they are and what they do. Pane Doctor Windows always arrives for bids or services in a shirt that identifies us so you don't have to guess who we are and what we do. Logoed Vehicle: A logoed vehicle is a must if a window cleaner is serious about their business and wants to be taken seriously. It will also be a vehicle that easily holds all the the equipment needed for any given job. The vehicle should be clean of cans and debris and stocked to professionally service a home. Insured: It is very easy to find a window cleaner...they are everywhere, however the true professional will be INSURED for your protection and theirs. The minimal recommended coverage for a professional window cleaner that handles residential and commericial accounts is $2,000,000 aggregate / $1,000,000 occurence. Free Estimates: A true professional will offer you a handwritten detailed bid of the work you would like to have done and take the time to discuss it in detail with you. The bid should consist of more than a photocopied form with a total dollar amount.
