How long have you been in business?
Scentsy has been around for five years. I joined the company in Oct. of 2008, and really didn't work the business. In August of 2009, I started actively working my Scentsy business and it has taken off from there with six girls on my team and reaching "Star" level within the company!
What is your primary product or service?
Scentsy offers wickless candle bars and collection warmers. We have over 80 scents available and over a dozen warmers. These make excellent gifts for any occasion! Scentsy also offers an excellent business opportunity for just $99. This is not a "get rich quick scheme"! It is a business and you will get what you put into it. Scentsy's commission structure varies: starting out with 20% all the way up to 30% and additional bonuses when you decide to build your team!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I joined Scentsy after purchasing a warmer and bars for a friend. I new it was the right company for me! I absolutely love Scentsy products and I enjoy every minute of it. Its great that Scentsy offers each consultant their very own website. That attracted me instantly because it adds sales to my business to have an online presence. In addition Scentsy gives you the opportunity to meet lots of great people via home parties and office parties. If you are a people person, then you will enjoy this experience. If you are a little shy, then this really allows you to get out there and overcome your fears. If you join my sales team, I will offer you my support to make your journey as successful as mine.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Scentsy has the best candle products out there! Scentsy wickless products are fire, soot, and smoke free! This concept makes the safest way to enjoy fragrance candles. We do not burn candles, we melt candles with our lovely collection of warmers and plugins! I recently reached "Star Consultant" within the company and within my team! I enjoy home shows the best, because I make them fun, and I do not use a sales pitch to get your friends buying. I share the products and the business opportunity in a fun & unique way, and the rest is up to your guests! I am able also to do parties or recruit within the Hispanic community because I am fully bilingual, Spanish being my first language!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Scentsy will continue to grow throughout the USA & Canada! I would also like to offer this opportunity to Hispanic men and women living in the USA. My team is currently growing...and I am searching for men or women who would like to join me in this great Scentsy journey!
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept visa or mastercard via my online sales. I accept visa, mastercard, cash & checks on personal and home show sales!

I service the area of Hurst, Euless & Bedford, including surrounding areas in Tarrant County! I also service my beautiful island of Puerto Rico!

I am an independent consultant with Scentsy therefore I run my own business! Scentsy headquarters are located in Idaho and Orville & Heidi Thompson are the owners. What started out as a small company has now over 50,000 consultants throughout the USA, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Canada!
What are your hours of operation?
Online: 24/7 at http://www.losethewick.com Home Shows: Saturdays & Sundays scheduled between us. Personal Sales Visits at your location: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Fridays after 5:00 pm; Saturday an Sunday with appointments
