How long have you been in business?
Signs2go was originally established as an individual Freelance Interpreting Service in 1996. We expanded our scope in July, 2012 and became an LLC, accepting a number of additional CERTIFIED Interpreter vendors as part of our business offering in order to provide services on a larger scale.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary service is to provide communication access for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community with the Hearing community at large by way of Professional, Highly Qualified/Trained, CERTIFIED sign language interpreters. We also provide a variety of additional services to support communication accessability by training the Interpreters, businesses, educational venues and families.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have Deaf family and friends and I have grown up in the Deaf Community. I am Certified through the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services(DARS) Board of Evaluators of Interpreters (BEI)since 1996 and hold a AAS degree in Interpreting (1995).
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a small faith based agency with a heart for service. We provide CERTIFIED interpreters at reasonable prices. We believe that we will prosper because of the quality of service and the relationships we build in the community, not by price gouging. We charge less, on average, than other agencies and typically pay our interpreters more.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one office location in Fort Worth

What type of payments do you accept?
We invoice. Payments accepted via check, money order, and PayPal credit card processing.
Which areas do you service?
We provide services for Tarrant and Dallas Counties as well as the 7 surrounding counties. Depending on the length of an assignment, we may be willing to travel further.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?

What are your hours of operation?
Scheduled Office hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm After hours, weekend, holiday and emergency schedules also available.
